- Kwanele has over 4 years of corporate finance experience and since joining Cinga in 2018, has been involved in the execution of multiple transactions across various industries including inter alia, mining, telecommunications, property, manufacturing, oil and gas.
- In the execution of corporate finance transactions, she has been involved in all aspects including strategy formulation for clients, project management of transactions, preparation of financial models, conducting financial and industry analysis, valuations, business reviews and conducting financial due diligences.
- Kwanele has performed valuations for Ndalamo Resources, Wescoal Holdings Limited, Mister Sweet, Hero Telecommunications, Wasaa Gasses and various agricultural entities.
